El Instituto Dominicano de Desarrollo Integral, IDDI nace en 1984 por el ideal y la preocupaci\u00f3n de un grupo de hombres y mujeres de formar una sociedad donde el ser humano cuente con oportunidades de llevar una vida productiva, creativa, digna, conforme a sus necesidades e intereses y donde se propicie el acercamiento y el dialogo entre los diversos sectores de nuestra sociedad.

La inserci\u00f3n, cada vez mayor, de la poblaci\u00f3n marginada en el proceso de toma de decisiones sobre el desarrollo nacional, constituyo el n\u00facleo de la labor del Instituto Dominicano de Desarrollo Integral (IDDI) en sus primeras dos d\u00e9cadas de existencia.

El IDDI se proyecta hacia el servicio trabajando en conjunto con la poblaci\u00f3n dominicana de escasos recursos, para proveerles de las herramientas que les sirvan para elevar su calidad de vida. El IDDI concentra sus actividades de apoyo en la poblaci\u00f3n de escasos recursos que vive en las zonas urbanas del pa\u00eds con \u00e9nfasis en la ciudad de Sto. Domingo y las provincias de Monte Plata, San Pedro de Macor\u00eds, Hato Mayor, El Seybo, La Altagracia, La Romana, Monse\u00f1or Nouel, Azua, Barahona Y Bonao. El total de beneficiarios que el IDDI apoya es de aproximadamente 580,000 personas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
