Entendiendo que la vida es un flujo continuo de experiencias a las cuales estamos sujetos constantemente debe ser responsabilidad de cada ser humano vivirlas, aprender como asimilarlas y convertirlas en lecciones mediante las cuales podamos crecer y evolucionar. (No est\u00e1 dem\u00e1s decir que de lo contrario, estar vivo no tendr\u00eda sentido.) Muchas de las experiencias son en la superficie aparentemente arbitrarias, dispersas, sin hilo ni relaci\u00f3n, pero no es as\u00ed. Hay una secuencia y orden muy precisos en las mismas, cada una sumado a la anterior y si las hacemos caso, las mismas podr\u00edan ayudar a orientar nuestras vidas permiti\u00e9ndonos construir un marco de referencia para la superaci\u00f3n y transformaci\u00f3n individual y colectiva. La comprensi\u00f3n de este hilo es quiz\u00e1s el reto mas significativo de nuestras vidas y para poder realizar \u00e9ste es imprescindible crear una visi\u00f3n coherente de la totalidad, para as\u00ed entender donde encajamos como seres vivos, conscientes y evolutivos.<\/p>\n
A primera vista (aunque \u00fanicamente para fines de mayor dilucidaci\u00f3n del tema) ese hilo se podr\u00eda dividir en dos grandes universos. Estos, a la vez, representar\u00edan las dos \u00e1reas de trabajo en las cuales nosotros tenemos que invertir nuestro tiempo y energ\u00eda si es que queremos aprovechar la oportunidad que se nos ha brindado de estar vivos. Dichos son el trabajo hacia adentro y el trabajo hacia afuera.<\/p>\n
Inner work involves the harmonization and purification of the human being in all their aspects. On one hand, inner harmonization implies integrating all the physical, emotional, mental, and intuitive qualities of a human being to form a balanced and whole totality where no single aspect (or several) stands out to the detriment of others, thereby disrupting our behavior, attitude, outlook on life, etc.<\/p>\n
On the other hand, the purification of the human being implies the elimination of the ego, which is undoubtedly the biggest obstacle to our personal evolution. The ego is an illusion that each of us constructs with the intention of defending ourselves from perceived aggressions from others. It is an illusion because it changes from one day to the next (that is, it is not permanent but transitory) and is based on fear: the fear of failure, the fear of loss, the fear of the opinions of others, the fear of being vulnerable, the fear of dying, etc. Fear distorts our vision of reality and constantly confuses us. It's as if we were wearing very dark glasses that prevent us from seeing things as they truly are. To the extent that we eliminate fear and, consequently, the ego from our lives, we will experience a very profound transformation.<\/p>\n
The challenge is to purify ourselves in such a way that we can clean those fogged-up filters through which we see reality. Instead of seeing fear, hate, resentment, and malice, we must see compassion, love, and peace. We have the power to see what we want to see. The laws of the ego are totally opposed to the laws of love. On one hand, the more one gives to the world, the less one has; however, the more love one gives, the more one receives. In itself, love could be seen as the detachment from fear. The essence of love is to be able to give of it without limitations. Only in this way can we experience the limitless miracle of love and kindness. This is achieved by understanding how love has no limits, and how we can give of it without the fear that it will run out.<\/p>\n
The harmonization of the human being leads to their purification and vice versa. Neither of these is achieved in isolation from the other. The important thing is that these are the two most outstanding tasks of work regarding the internal development of the human being. It is essential to apply our energies and time in favor of the transformation of our beings, since true revolution begins from within. It is not possible to share with the world what we ourselves do not possess.<\/p>\n
While inner work involves an effort towards personal development, outer work entails applying our energies to the development of society and the world we live in. It is neither possible nor desirable to direct our efforts solely towards ourselves. Humans are not islands. Personal growth occurs precisely as a consequence of a dynamic of interrelation with our environment. Effort towards the development of others is part of the development of the individual being, as the well-being of the whole is one's own well-being. There is no division. There can be none since we are integral parts of the whole, and at the same time, the whole is composed of its parts.<\/p>\n
It must be clear that the development of the individual depends on the development of the collective and vice versa. To create a healthier world, it is necessary to create healthy individuals with balanced consciences, free from the ties imposed by our egos. It is, therefore, the responsibility of these individuals to help transform our collective reality by contributing what they have learned and, at the same time, receiving the necessary feedback to continue developing themselves.<\/p>\n

Nuestro sistema de creencias es basado en las experiencias del pasado que son constantemente s\u00faper impuestos en el presente con la anticipaci\u00f3n de que ocurra en el futuro. Nuestras percepciones del presente son tan controladas por el pasado que es casi imposible ver las cosas sin distorsiones y sin limitaciones. Con la voluntad, nosotros podamos reexaminar quienes creemos que somos y lograr una comprensi\u00f3n nueva y mas profunda de nuestra identidad personal y colectiva.<\/p>\n
