Apoyo a las poblaciones claves de mayor riesgo al VIH: 2019-2021\u201d trabaja enfocado en la Prevenci\u00f3n, Detecci\u00f3n, Atenci\u00f3n al VIH, as\u00ed como la Vinculaci\u00f3n y seguimiento a personas detectada (+) durante la realizaci\u00f3n de los operativos de pruebas r\u00e1pidas de VIH realizadas a las poblaciones claves de las provincias Barahona, Puerto Plata, Santiago, La Romana, San Pedro de Macor\u00eds, San Crist\u00f3bal y Santo Domingo.<\/span><\/p>

La Poblaci\u00f3n clave que como instituci\u00f3n debemos trabajar de manera directa son: Hombres Migrantes en el \u00e1rea laboral (HM-TC) y Mujeres Migrantes Trabajadoras Sexuales (MH-TRSX).<\/p>

Para garantizar que cada persona captada e identificada pueda obtener el servicio completo y ser contabilizada con un beneficiario por la Respuesta Nacional al VIH, debe cumplir ciertos requisitos y haber cursado los procesos realizados por los equipos comunitarios de trabajo contra el VIH.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
