El objetivo de este proyecto es desarrollar una herramienta TIC y un concepto organizacional para recolectar conocimiento existente en la poblaci\u00f3n sobre desastres de alto impacto poco frecuentes, de manera que se use este conocimiento y experiencia para comunicaci\u00f3n de riesgos y crisis, ordenamiento urbano y discusiones con actores relevantes como pol\u00edticos\/as. <\/p>

El foco del proyecto es analizar que realmente significan los desastres para las vidas cotidianas de los ciudadanos y las ciudadanas: cu\u00e1l es el da\u00f1o concreto causado por el desastre, como impacta a la seguridad de las personas, su bienestar y sus actividades econ\u00f3micas, qu\u00e9 tipo de ayuda fue necesaria (y cu\u00e1l no se provey\u00f3) en el impacto del desastre, c\u00f3mo pudo la poblaci\u00f3n prepararse mejor, c\u00f3mo pudo sobrevivir al desastre y cu\u00e1les fueron las estrategias de supervivencia exitosas y no exitosas.<\/p>\n

Para alcanzar el objetivo del proyecto, se dise\u00f1ar\u00e1 e implementar\u00e1 un software que puede ser utilizado para complementar informaci\u00f3n cuantitativa en desastres con experiencias cualitativas en forma de casos de vida narrados por supervivientes, y documentos hist\u00f3ricos multimedia como textos, fotograf\u00edas y v\u00eddeos de desastres.<\/p>\n

A fin de asegurar que se genere (y se use) una cantidad cr\u00edtica de informaci\u00f3n en todas las regiones participantes, un concepto organizacional de instituciones educativas como escuelas y universidades, as\u00ed como organizaciones de voluntarios ser\u00e1 desarrollado y probado. El sistema se utilizar\u00e1 para crear exposiciones sobre la relevancia local de los desastres, que se pueden utilizar para comunicar los riesgos existentes a los ciudadanos, as\u00ed como a los responsables de la toma de decisiones.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
