Thematic
Contribute to improving the quality of life of the most disadvantaged people in the neighborhoods of El Javillar, Nuevo Renacer and Playa Oeste; through different actions in the areas of health, education, social mobilization, environmental sanitation, infrastructure and promotion of productive activities, which will generate positive externalities among themselves, promoting the overall and participatory improvement of the population.

The program, which began in 2007, is divided into 5 differentiated projects, some with more than one component, depending on the sector of impact, but coordinated with each other to achieve an integral impact.
Currently, this program is part of a strategic plan, developed jointly with the Generator, to continue contributing to the development of these communities and incorporates 5 strategic lines.
Strategic Lines
1.1. This strategic line is aimed at strengthening and expanding the participation of families in the preventive health education process in the communities and integrating community work into the mechanism of the institutions.
1.2. This strategic line works on Primary Health, Sexual and Reproductive Health and its implementation is coordinated by the Health Department.
1.1. This strategic line strengthens and expands the coverage of existing educational programs, incorporating four programs to work especially with children, adolescents and young people in conditions of social vulnerability to provide them with opportunities for personal, human and professional development that keep them away from violent and risky behaviors and offer them alternatives to become productive citizens for themselves, their families, their country and the world. It also incorporates a program to reduce illiteracy in the intervention area.
1.2. This proposal complements this intervention by supporting the technical vocational training program and the literacy program, as well as the expansion of the Youth Volunteer Network.
1.1. 1.3. Environmental Sanitation: Focuses on reducing the volume of solid waste in target neighborhoods and contributing to environmental sanitation and sustainability of waste management interventions.
1.4. Infrastructure: Aims to improve the environmental sanitation conditions of the families and provide community infrastructure in the intervention zone.
1.1. This component seeks to contribute to improve living conditions, reduce social exclusion through access to micro-loans to beneficiaries with emphasis on women and youth. It also seeks to stimulate the economy in the intervened neighborhoods and create a solid education in the area of entrepreneurship.
