The population affected by the project is specifically comprised of the beneficiary group from literal B of Law 169-14. As well as the identification of individuals from different profiles (groups A, B1, and B2), who are referred through a platform called KOBO. The main purpose is to provide support to the IDPs (Internally Displaced Persons) from the different provinces of interest for assistance with obtaining identity cards, permanent residency, certification letters, birth certificates, criminal record management, and filing reports for lost documents with the pilot program in Santo Domingo. All of this is for subsequent support with filing naturalization applications with the MIP.
Individuals who applied for the regularization plan for foreigners 169-14, Group A individuals born in the country who have a birth certificate from the ordinary registry.
Group B2 individuals who did not opt for Law 169-14, for whom no legal solution can be found.
Reduction of inequalities; which is part of the right that every human being has to have an identity document, which allows their integration into all social spheres, health, education, work, etc.

Impact
An average of 300 people assisted with obtaining identity documents and identifying cases of interest for the project, as well as (700) families benefiting from food aid programs from the WFP-UNHCR.
